Quilty & Associates provides third party appraisal ordering services for those that desire this independent process. 

Order Requests are submitted to Q&A, who then places the completed order with an appraiser on your Appraiser List.  We confirm receipt of each order placed with the appraisal company.  All orders and corresponding dates are tracked on a user friendly report for our clients.  Clients also have the option to access this tracking report through our Secure Portal.

This service can be customized to your individual needs as a organization to accommodate your staff's requirements.
